At House of Parnel, each order is prepared with care to ensure your candle arrives safely and beautifully — ready for your ritual.
Processing Time
All orders are hand-packed and typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.
During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact officialparnel@gmail.com before placing your order.
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50 (after discounts and before tax).
Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

Include your order number and photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging.
We’ll review and either replace the item or issue a refund according to our Refund Policy.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
